Technology Minerals PLC (LSE:TM1) said its 49% owned battery recycling business, Recyclus Group, has appointed Jo Dennis as its new chief executive.
Dennis, currently non-executive director of Recyclus, takes up his new role on October 10 following the departure of current chief executive Matthew Taylor, who is retiring from the company on October 6.
“We are delighted to announce Jo as the new Managing Director of Recyclus Group,” Technology Minerals President Robin Brundle said in a statement.
